I contacted Chris Yates about only power washing my patio and the rear side of my home. He provided that estimate without hesitation and without being pushy about additional services. When he described how he approached cleaning the patio (using a scrubber device), I asked about doing my driveway. And while looking at the driveway, I noticed how bad the siding on the front of the house looked.
ReplyDeleteBecause Chris took the time to explain how he would clean the different areas, I asked if he would give me a quote for doing each section. He not only did that, but went a step further to provide better valued pricing should I decide to group everything. As a result, I decided to get my whole house power washed along with the patio and driveway.
He and his crew just departed and I must say they did a superb job. I have no regrets getting everything done. I can't remember the last time the exterior of the house, patio and driveway have looked this clean!
This type of message always inspiring and I prefer to read quality content, so happy to find good place to many here in the post, the writing is just great, thanks for the post.
